Receipe - Cream mushroom soup


Ingredients: canned mushroom 1 tin
Accessories: lean pork, milk, flour
Seasoning: lard, salt, onion, cooking wine, chicken
Practices: 1) Cut the pork into dices, put them in the pot and cook. Add onion and wine after they're boiled, stew until it's tender
2) Fire up and pour the lard in the pot. Put the flour and fry with a slight fire until it's yellow, pour the boiled meat soup into the pan three times and stir it to a paste.
3) Pour the mushroom and milk into the pot in 2-3 times, add salt and chicken essence.
